In an effort to become the most powerful living-learning environment, Case is building
new on-campus living-learning environments. In 2005, the first of these new buildings
will be available for undergraduate students. The North Residential Village (NRV)
2005 will be comprised of three residential buildings that will incorporate seven
residential "houses" with accommodations for approximately 749 upperclass students
in apartment-style housing.
With construction underway since the beginning of December 2003, the 18-month project
is expected to be completed by the summer of 2005 and open for residency in the fall of 2005.
